Siamo, ormai, a fine Novembre, il paesaggio ha cambiato colore e la sera si comincia a costellare di luci e bagliori e questo significa una sola cosa: è in arrivo il Natale!
Quest’anno, più che mai, sento l’esigenza di lasciarmi trasportare dalla dolce atmosfera natalizia, di godermela totalmente e, soprattutto, di concludere in bellezza questo anno molto difficile.
Sarà indubbiamente un Natale diverso da quello tradizionale, ma questo non significa che debba necessariamente rivelarsi meno bello.
Passare più tempo in casa potrà aiutarci non solo a salvaguardare la nostra salute, ma anche a coltivare nuove tradizioni familiari o a riscoprirne di vecchie.
Sarà il momento perfetto per recuperare le maratone di film natalizi, sdraiati sul divano con una profumata tisana e una coperta calda, magari circondati dai propri cari, per dedicarsi alla scoperta delle golose ricette tipiche del Natale e far profumare tutta la casa di quel delizioso e tradizionale profumo di panpepato, cannella e cioccolato... ma sarà il momento perfetto anche per coinvolgere tutta la famiglia nell’addobbare la casa, creando memorie preziose e indelebili e rendendo ogni stanza più bella da abitare.
Insomma, avremo modo di dedicarci ai piccoli piaceri che, negli scorsi anni, venivano messi in secondo piano dalla nostra quotidianità che trasformava la serenità natalizia in una rincorsa folle al consumismo più sfrenato, alla gara al regalo o all’addobbo più bello.
Quest’anno potremo sentirci liberi di vivere il Natale con gli occhi di un bambino: goderci le luci che illuminano le città, gli addobbi natalizi e festosi in tutte le case e respirare a pieni polmoni l’aria frizzantina tipica dell’inverno.
Io, dal mio canto, ho sempre preservato questa visione della festa: per me il Natale è sempre stato tutto quel periodo che va dal 1° al 24 dicembre (forse anche un po’ prima, perchè no?). E’ attesa, ma anche preparazione, all’evento. Per questo motivo, quest’anno, ho deciso di accompagnare anche voi nel piacere di questa attesa.
Innanzitutto ho selezionato per voi abiti dallo stile elegante e prezioso, dai colori tipici di questo periodo, da indossare per sottolineare l’importanza del momento e della festa anche passandola in casa perché, ricordate, che non c’è nessuno con cui valga la pena di mostrarsi nel proprio massimo splendore più che con i propri cari e con sé stessi.
Secondariamente ho deciso di creare un calendario dell’avvento, interamente made by GRETEL Z., per gli iscritti alla newsletter della mia maison.
Questo sarà, in realtà, un mio tentativo di aiutarvi ad accendere lo spirito delle feste perché so che, mai come in questo momento così delicato e complesso, questo genere di rituali sono necessari a tenere alto l'umore, giorno dopo giorno, sino alla fine di questo anno così complicato.
Il mio calendario dell’avvento, proprio come quello tradizionale che generalmente guida i più piccoli alla festività, è nato per accompagnarvi dal 1 al 24 dicembre alla notte più magica dell’anno: vi darà la possibilità di entrare nel lussuoso mondo GRETEL Z. in modo diverso ogni giorno, per la speciale ed esclusiva durata di 24 ore.
Ad ogni sua “casella” corrisponderà una sorpresa meravigliosa: saranno 24 e saranno lì per voi, tutte pronte da scoprire, sempre con la speranza che, in questo modo, io vi possa tenere compagnia e strapparvi un sorriso.

It’s the end of November already, the landscape has changed color and in the evening begins to dot with lights and gleams and this can only mean one thing: Christmas is coming!
This year, more than ever, I feel the need to let myself be carried away by the sweet Christmas atmosphere, to enjoy it completely and, above all, to end this very difficult year in style.
It will undoubtedly be a different Christmas from the traditional one, but this does not mean that it must necessarily be less beautiful.
Spending more time at home can help us not only to safeguard our health, but also to cultivate new family traditions or rediscover old ones.
It will be the perfect time to recover from the Christmas movie marathons, lying on the sofa with a fragrant herbal tea and a warm blanket, perhaps surrounded by loved ones, to dedicate yourself to the discovery of the delicious typical Christmas recipes and perfume the whole house with that delicious and traditional scent of gingerbread, cinnamon and chocolate... but it will also be the perfect time to involve the whole family in decorating the house, creating precious and indelible memories and making every room more beautiful to live in.
In short, we will have the opportunity to dedicate ourselves to the small pleasures that, in recent years, overshadowed by our everyday life that transformed Christmas serenity into a crazy run-up to the most unbridled consumerism, to the competition for the gift or the most beautiful decoration This year we can feel free to experience Christmas with the eyes of a child: enjoy the lights that illuminate the cities, the Christmas and festive decorations in all the houses and breathe deeply the crisp air typical of winter.
For my part, I have always preserved this vision of the holiday: for me, Christmas has always been the whole period from the 1st to the 24th of December (perhaps even a little earlier, why not?).
It is expectation, but also preparation, for the event. For this reason, this year, I have decided to escort you in the pleasure of this waiting.
First of all, I have selected for you dresses with an elegant and precious style and the typical colors of this period, to wear to emphasize the importance of the moment and the party even spending it at home because, remember, there is no one with whom it is worth to show themselves in their maximum splendor more than with loved ones and with themselves.
Secondly, I decided to create an advent calendar, entirely made by GRETEL Z., for the subscribers of my maison's newsletter.
This will actually be my attempt to help you ignite the spirit of the holidays because I know that, never as in this delicate and complex moment, this kind of rituals are necessary to keep the mood high, day after day, until the end of this year so complicated.
